Hi there! I’m Juan, and I’m passionate about helping people navigate the world of real estate and land investing without all the stress. Sure, I’ve got years of experience in real estate investing and multi-family property management, but what really matters is that I love helping people like you make smart, informed decisions.
When I’m not crunching numbers (yep, I’m also an accountant with two decades of experience), I’m usually spending time with my amazing wife of 25+ years, hanging out with our fur baby, or soaking up the sunshine here in Orlando. Whether it’s helping business owners figure out their numbers or just chatting about life, I’m all about keeping things simple, straightforward, and fun.

When she’s not working with Juan, Martha enjoys trying out new recipes in the kitchen, curling up with a good book, and spending time with family and friends.
